The epidemiological survey and information of malaria is crucial for designing drugs and vaccines on the basis of results and findings. From our study it was concluded that the general predominance was discovered moderate. The illness proportion was revealed high among females, where age wise dispersion was reported high between age group 021 years. P. vivax is regular species, and high proportion of malaria infection was accounted in September, October and November, District Mardan.
