This is a lovely vintage sterling heart shaped blue and green enamled small trinket or pill box  purchased from an estate in Tucson, Arizona. The box has been stamped 925 .  

This very cute box measures 1 inch long, just under 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep.  This lovely little heart box weighs 12.7 grams and is in very good condition with original patina.
