This large size, premium quality casement latch is made from Cast Solid Brass, Polished, unlike other latches that are steel with a brass plating, this latch is non-corrosive and will not rust. The handle and base are riveted which makes this a fine choice for large or hard to close windows. Not only can this latch be used on windows it can be utilized on cabinets and furniture. Excellent choice for boat, nautical, marine, or other outside usages. It is non-lacquered and will age nicely. Features an adjustable tension handle and can be used for right- and left-hand applications. Comes with 3 types of strikes, Surface, Mortise, and Rim for various types of mounting. Included are 6 Solid Brass Slotted finishing wood screws.

Center to Center boring? Ordering an item that has center to center measurement on furniture drop pulls, (example we list an item 3” center to center, middle of one hole to the middle of other hole) and don’t see your size, contact us and we may be able to offer a solution.
