This little doll is a J. D. Kestner #234 character doll, which was made in Germany in the 1910 era, making her approximately 110 years old at the time of this writing.

She measures approximately 12” tall and is marked with the rare Kestner crown emblem on her torso.  She has a bisque dome shoulder plate head, riveted ¾ slightly bent arms and straight legs, with a leather torso.  She has faint light brown painted hair, painted finely feathered eyebrows, beautiful big weighted brown spiral threaded glass sleep eyes, fine peaches and cream complexion with nice rosy cheeks, painted upper and lower lashes, cute open mouth with two bottom teeth showing, outlined lips, cute little double chin, and a nice happy facial expression.

Her bisque is in very good condition, as is her leather.  She does have some rubs and scuffs here and there, as well as chipping on her right little finger and left pointer finger, but looks good for her age.

She comes dressed in a beautiful new outfit to include a very ornate white christening gown adorned with lace and ribbons with sewn-in slip and ribbon tie at the waist, matching bonnet, white lacy bloomers and white lacy socks to complete her outfit.

Sold as is; no returns; no refunds.
