  • DO NOT try to activate the sim card(s) by yourself and DO NOT try to do anything with the sim card when you receive it, leave it there and wait for us to complete the activation process for you OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

TO ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

 

FOR NEW ACTIVATION:

  • When the sim card arrives, send us the sim card number and IMEI of phone and your zip code through eBay message.
  • If you don't do that within 14 days from the day the package arrives, you might lose your plan value

FOR PORT-IN:

  • When the sim card arrives, send us the sim card number and your zip code
  • Plus, you also need to send us your current carrier, the phone number you want to use, your account number and pin number
  • If you need help finding account number and pin number, let us know, we can help you with that
  • If you don't do that within 14 days from the day the package arrives, you might lose your plan value
