Please read this product description carefully before buying, please
make sure you have a certain electronic technology foundation. Because
there is high voltage mains power on the input part of the power supply
module, please pay attention to the safety of operation! When the output
voltage is higher than 36V safety voltage, please pay attention to your

- The switching power supply
is used for power amplifiers. Its heat dissipation design is for power
amplifiers. It is forbidden to use it for other non-amplifier occasions.
If the damage is caused by blind use in other occasions, the
consequences shall be borne by users! If it is used for special
occasions, it must be used in a derating and you can consult customer
service for details!
- Since each different parameter will use
different voltage-resistant components, the actual product will be
different from the product pictured. The appearance and color of some
raw materials in each batch will be somewhat different, but the
parameters are the same and do not affect the use. Please make sure that
you don't mind before purchasing.

Auxiliary power supply: ±12V 0.5A (main voltage and auxiliary voltage
are not sharing common ground. They are completely isolated). If the
switching power supply controls the main voltage, the main voltage must

is no-load, the chip will think that the chip will be turned off once
the switching power supply output voltage is reached. It is not allowed

Ripple: peak value about 0.3% (Test ripple by using a coaxial cable.
The shorter the outer ground wire, the smaller the impact. When using an
oscilloscope probe, the test value will be too large, because the probe
ground wire will affect the value deviation).

A power amplifier board is fully loaded for a long time, you need to
add a fan to dissipate heat.
Attention:
- Please pay
attention to the voltage parameter. In no-load conditions, it is normal
for the output voltage to jump a little because its no-load chip is
operating in intermittent power-on mode.
- In addition, the positive and negative voltages will have a certain error when there is no load, which is normal.

You can fine-tune the voltage of the switching power supply and the
highest output voltage is its best state. When the voltage is lowered
and the load is relatively light, it is easy to cause the switching
power supply from the fixed pulse width mode into the intermittent mode,
and the intermittent mode will inevitably lead to a change in pulse
width. If noise suppression of some power amplifier board is not good,
it is easy to lead to static noise. It is quite easy to solve this
problem. Add a dummy load between the output + VCC and the ground, such
as add a high-power cement resistor. The exact amount to add depends on
the actual needs, because different boards will have different needs.

The maximum working voltage output by the switching power supply board
must be less than 90% of the maximum withstand voltage of the power
amplifier board. Then the switching power supply has the cleanest
waveform at quiescent in the case of the highest voltage output.

The LLC control board and PFC part each use a small board independently,
and the components face outward, which is convenient for testing
voltage or waveform, and also convenient for maintenance and debugging.
PFC part's bridge stack, switch tube, rectifier diode use a door shaped
radiator, which is convenient for users to install a 40x40mm/1.6x1.6"
fan when used in continuous load applications. DC~DC part adopts solid
aluminum heat sink 10mm/0.4" in thickness, and the heat sink tube faces
outward for easy disassembly. It is equipped with an 85°C temperature
control switch in the middle. When the heat sink temperature exceeds
85°C, the board will turn off the chip output.
