Wally Exum signed sketch lookout tower old albandonded WWI Tower original. This is really a one of a kind piece. I don't believe it to be a prince. You can see other examples online that are prince. I believe this one is an original sketch drawing using pencil. I'm no art expert so please study the pictures and ask me if you have any questions. I can help you figure it out together. It looks like this one is marked with his name and a date of 1970 and then below it's actually signed in pencil by him as well. The writing says old abandoned world war. I lookout tower point Wilson Port Townsend Washington. The picture itself is in really great shape. I notice a few small dings on the picture of round the pencil frame and one small little gas in the middle top by the birds. I'm not sure if it's a print and then signed in pencil at the bottom or if it's all in pencil. The pencil at the bottom really does look live to me. I can't really tell about the picture. It could be a print.  The frame is a nice frame with a sturdy hanging mechanism on the back. The front side of the frame has a little tiny bit of scuffing in the upper left corner and the bottom left corner. Overall you don't really notice it. There's a price tag smudge on the glass in the top right. It could use a little cleaning before you hang . Let me know if you have any questions.
