It can be tuned from 500kHz to 1.7GHz, and has an instantaneous bandwidth of up to 3.2MHz (2.4MHz stable) (HF reception is in direct sampling mode and performance deteriorates below 24MHz). Please note that the RTL-SDR dongle is RX only.
The multipurpose portable dipole kit is perfect for beginners. It can be used for both terrestrial reception and satellite reception simply by changing the direction of the antenna. Mounts and extension cables temporarily place the antenna outside to improve reception.
