Compatibility and fitment: 

  • Please make sure that your infotainment menu matches the photo.
  • Device takes over the original CD changer slot and activates when CD 6 is selected. Make sure your car already has CD changer. If not CD changer must be activated programatically with BMW diagnostic software. After the installation CD changer will not play CD's. 
  • After the installation it will be not possible to use Carplay/Android Auto and listen to FM radio at once, because listening to CD and FM at the same time is not possible. Radio is suggested via application Tune-in or similar app.
  • Works with iPhone iOS10 and above.
  • Works with Android 10 version and above.
  • HUAWEI PHONES WITH SOFTWARE VERSION 10+ WILL NOT WORK!

1. General terms and conditions
1.1 If you have made a purchase we assume, that you have read and agreed all terms and conditions stated below, also you have matched the part number or you are sure part will fit to you vehicle. If you do not agree please do not buy!
2. Payment
2.1 We accept payment by Paypal, Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, bank transfers and other eBay approved payment methods. 
2.2 Payment must be made within 3 days after the purchase. If payment is not received within 3 days time frame, item will be relisted and unpaid item process against nonpaying buyer will be started. So do not buy if you are not going to pay!
2.3 If you need a Commercial Invoice for your purchase, please mark this in purchase comment or per eBay message, together with your details. We usually don't include this to each shipment. 
3. Shipping
3.1 We post purchased and paid items every working day up to 13.00pm (gmt+2)
3.2 We use  DHL, FedEx, TNT, DPD network for economy and express services or EMS recorder priority mail for standard delivery. Tracking number is provided by the next working day after the dispatch.
3.3 We ship worldwide! Please contact us and we will give you a shipping quote and terms.
3.4 We ship to your PayPal address. Please contact us if you need goods to be shipped to different address.
3.5 Purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.
3.6 Delivery times:
The standard delivery time to Europe union countries is 4-10 business days.
The standard delivery to other Continents (Americas, Asia, Australia, Africa) 7-20 business days.
Economy delivery time to Europe union countries is 2-5 working days.
Express delivery time to Europe union countries is 1-2 working days.

4. Returns
4.1 We accept returns up to 30 days after item received. It is customer responsibility to pack item well to ensure safety during shipping period and cover the shipping expenses. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. 
4.2 If you have received damaged item, and willing to ask full or partial refund you must provide photos, which proves damage! If we have supplied a genuinely faulty item we replace item or will refund full amount plus postage expense.
4.3 You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. All faulty items must be returned to us for inspection, unless agreed contrary. 
4.4 PLEASE NOTE: all dispatched items are being marked to avoid dishonest buyers - marking has to be not damaged when returning. 
4.5 If the item was not as described in the listing we will replace it free of charge or refund your full purchase price. 
4.6 If you ordered the wrong part then original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
