Up for Buy It Now or Best Offer is an Amazing Antique Greek Man Doll. He has a bisque head with brown glass eyes, real mohair wig and mustache, open mouth with 5 exposed teeth, and a sweet dimple in his chin. His body is composition and fully jointed (except ankles): neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, and knees.

He is dressed in ethnic, old world style, Greek clothes. His hat and shoes are red velvet. Hat has a hat tassel and on the shoes, poms. His leg covering and vest are embroidered. His "dress" is white and he has brass buttons on his vest. He has a metal medal with a crown and anchor on it. The sword is paper and the chain is made of gold colored cord or heavy thread. There is a bit of moth bites or melting on his vest and leg coverings. I did not remove his clothes they are sewn together as one piece.

This beautiful doll measures 17 ". The Karl Hartman mark is on the back of his head. This doll is circa 1908 and was used in Ceremonies until 1920, per the note cards that were in the box with him. He is in such amazing shape, I'm sure he's never been played with and has been stored in the box other than for the ceremonies.

The stand is not included. Asking price is what I paid.
