This ONA jacket shrug piece is very short, very wide and almost a shrug. Unusual, please see pix which will explain better than I. The top of the piece drapes over your arms and you stick your hands out of the holes provided for them along the shoulder line at top - see pix

SHIPPING US CUSTOMERS: I try to quote the most reasonable price I can find. USPS seems to be the best. If you have concerns about cost, please contact me before you bid and I will explain why the cost is what it is. I almost always insure anything that costs over $100 and I pack very securely which adds weight to the package.
We do not make money on shipping, we just try to cover you as well as ourselves. Some items will require insurance and some will go registered mail. Remember, I lose a package, you get your money back and I loose the item as well as the price of what it would bring on auction. I always combine shipping for multiple items.
