• Your email will be answered promptly Monday through Friday during normal business hours
• Emails received on weekends and holidays will be answered the following business day

 

PAYMENT:

• Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase
• AVR-Sales can accept payment by PayPal or Credit Card over the phone
• Cash payment can be accepted when using local pickup option
• Sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all sales within California, unless a valid tax exempt certificate is presented
• Our eBay system is automated to open an unpaid item case after 2 days of non-payment. Please contact us if you feel you have received this notice in error or need to make other payment arrangements

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

• Free is for Contiguous 48 United States only 
• Please inquire for shipping charges for all other locations and/or combined shipping
• Please inquire for alternative shipping services other than what is offered in the listing
• Alternative shipping services will incur the full shipping charge for the desired service
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, and other locations will require additional shipping charges
• We ship USPS Priority Mail for international shipments. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship to your specific country
• For larger items please provide a physical address
• PO Boxes may be charged an additional shipping fee
• Shipping Service will be determined by the lowest priced service available as determined by AVRITEK

FREIGHT SHIPPING:

• For freight shipping estimates please inquire through the eBay messaging system
• All freight estimates will include a $50 palletization fee
• Freight Shipping will be arranged by AVRITEK unless alternate services requested prior to purchase
• All freight shipments valued over $500 will require insurance to be paid by the customer
• If freight shows visible damage upon arrival shipment:  Do not accept or sign for shipment
• If freight incurs internal damage upon arrival: photograph / document and send to AVRITEK for an insurance claim
• If a customer books their own freight and the shipment is damaged in transit AVRITEK will not provide a refund

 

TERMS OF SALE:

• Power cords are not included unless specifically mentioned as being included
• 30-Day warranty does not apply if item is shipped outside of the U.S by the customer
• If the shipping address is outside of the contiguous US makes a purchase without first requesting shipping quote AVRITEK reserves the right to cancel the transaction
• Items returned for any reason other than misrepresentation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• If item is returned in a different condition than the condition it was sold as a 50% restocking fee will be applied (NEW  è  USED)
• Items specifically stated as sold "Parts/Repair" or "AS-IS" are not covered under any warranty
• If an accessory is not specifically mentioned, it is not included!
• AVRITEK will not guarantee to the life of batteries, light bulbs / lams, or any other consumable contained within an item
• AVRITEK documents all serial numbers for items listed & sold
