The 3 tier display is black velvet.  12 inches wide and 12 inches tall.    On the top bar, in the front underside area, there is a small hole which I've photographed up close.  It's not fraying or getting larger and will be covered by the jewelry. 

Also included are 3 plastic bracelet holders.  10.5 inches tall.  2 of these still have the original pricetags on the bottom and they originally sold for $15 each.  

Buyer is purchasing the lot of 4 pieces.  Lightly used.
