Delivery
We have a commitment to
post your items within 1 working day of receiving your cleared payment, if we
receive your cleared payment before 2 pm on a working day we aim to post on the
same day depending on the progression of orders through our network (Saturdays,
Sundays and Bank Holidays excluded). Unfortunately, weekends and Bank Holidays
can delay delivery times, so please understand that this might occasionally
happen. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 services, you will be provided with a tracking
number at the time of dispatch so that you can follow the progress of your
delivery, if you have a preference for delivery get in touch through the seller
centre to discuss arrangements to use an alternative such as Hermes, on
occasion there may be a charge for postage should you request other delivery
options. We do not profit from postage or packaging, we offer a free postage
and packaging service and we endeavour to check thoroughly and protect your
product so that it reaches you as it left us.
Guarantee & Returns
If you are not happy
with your purchase, as long as it is in perfect and resalable condition, you
can return it to us for a full refund. Please note that in this case, you are
liable for the return packaging/postage costs unless Priceless Discounts admit
responsibility. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted up until 30 days
after the purchase date. On occasion we may ask for photographs to be provided
to enable us to claim a refund from the couriers and in order to investigate your
claim.

Communication is

possible. Please communicate with us any questions or concerns that you may
