French Art deco silver plated ashtray with a cat medal signed S. BOUTAREL

This ashtray in silver plated metal is decorated with a brass medal representing a cat in the art deco style signed S. Boutarel.

Simone Boutarel, born in Paris on March 5, 1892 and died in Nyons on August 21, 1987, is a French sculptor and medalist. Her medal "Cat" was made in 1931.
