How to use the product:

Squeeze between 5 – 15cm (2 – 6 inches) of Movelat Cream onto the affected area, forming a thin later over the area.

Massage in gently until cream is absorbed.

Apply up to 4 times a day for best results.

Wash hands after each use, unless you are treating your hands.

You may find that you experience discomfort if you apply this product in hot weather, after a bath, or if you have sensitive skin.

Ingredients:

The active substances are: mucopolysaccharide polysulfate 0.2% w/w, salicylic acid 2.0% w/w .

The other ingredients are: glycerol 85%, stearic acid, anhydrous eucerine, myristyl alcohol, emulsifying cetostearyl alcohol, ethanolamine, thymol, isopropyl alcohol.

Side effects:

Does Movelat Cream have any side effects?

Like all medicines, Movelat Cream can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them.

These side effects include:

- Redness .

-Burning sensation .

-Rash.

If you experience these or any other side effects while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist straight away.

Hazards and cautions:

Movelat Cream is not suitable for use on children under the age of 12.

Do not use this product if you are allergic to mucopolysaccharide polysulfate, salicylic acid, any other aspirin-like medicine or Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), or any of the other listed ingredients.

For external use only, avoid contact with eyes, mouth, anal or genital areas, or any other sensitive areas.

Do not apply to broken, infected, or sensitive skin, or areas of skin with eczema.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using this cream if you:

- Have asthma .

-Have pre-existing renal or kidney damage.

- Are using any prescribed medicines .

-Find that your symptoms don’t improve or get worse .

- Store in a cool, dry place which is below 25 degrees C.

- Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed.

- Keep out of sight and reach of children.

- This product is a medicine; make sure to speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you have an underlying medical problem or are taking any other medicine or complementary therapy.

- If your symptoms get worse or continue after taking this product, contact us or your doctor.

Delivery

Once we have received your order, out duty pharmacist or a suitably trained member of the pharmacy team will contact you to ensure that the product is appropriate to use. Once we have spoken to you, your order will be shipped on the same day (if before 13:00) or the next day.

We dispatch orders using the Royal Mail service and various other couriers. Delivery in the UK typically takes 2-7 working days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.

Our address labels are created automatically based on the address, which you enter, please ensure that this is correct.

The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels, which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". In the unlikely event this occurs, please inform us and you will either receive a full refund or the option to have your goods dispatched to you again.

All of our products are shipped to you free of charge. Express next day delivery is available via courier at an additional charge.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
