Silver Plated Domed Serving Platter
This gorgeous antique Reed and Barton dome top butter or cheese dish has a lovely glass insert in perfect condition! Often the glass pieces were broken over the years. You would fill the bottom with ice, place glass back in and serve balls of butter or a slab of cheese in this. The plate is in very good condition except for some minor pitting in the inside bottom and tarnishing as shown in photos. It has decorative holders on the side where a matching spreading knife would have been held (not included). Measures 7.5' wide handle to handle and 6' tall. Dome top butter dishes in good condition are very rare and this one is exceptional. The perfect antique heirloom gift for a new bride and groom.Disclaimer

Complete with no missing pieces or parts included in original shipment
Returned with the product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and any product-specific certificates of authenticity, grading, appraisal, etc. received with the original shipment.
