ASK QUESTIONS: When in doubt ask questions through the “Ask Seller Question” button on the item page prior to purchasing.  We will be happy to provide you more photos and answer questions prior to your purchase.  When considering sizes, please refer to the photos and measurements provided and ask for more measurements if needed. For example it is sometimes hard to determine if a garment is a Junior/Girls or Junior/Misses.  Again I cannot stress to you the importance of asking questions and requesting more photos if needed prior to purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item arrives damaged from shipping you must take photos of the item and the box and send them to us.  DO NOT throw away the item or packaging until asked to do so as some items we may want returned to us.

COLORS: All monitors, phones, I pads and all other devices out there do not display colors the same!  If you have a question about the color shown or described please ask questions through the “Ask Seller Question” button on the item page. 

ANTIQUE VS VINTAGE VS ORIGINAL: We are not experts in antique, vintage or original items.  Most of the antique items have been in our possession for over 40 years and were originally owned by our parents and grandparents who have long passed.  Vintage items are from 1970’s -1990’s. Please ask questions through the “Ask Seller Question” button on the item page. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS: Please note you are protected under the Ebay policies, however, We Do Not accept refunds unless an item is grossly misrepresented. If you are not satisfied, please contact us through the “Ask Seller Question” button on the item page prior to contacting Ebay. 

FEEDBACK: Our policy is to wait for the Buyer’s feedback before leaving our Positive feedback.  This allows us to make sure the buyer is satisfied with the purchase.  Please do not leave negative feedback before contacting us.  We would like the opportunity to make things right.

SHIPPING: If shipping seem high it is due to weight & size.  If I have over calculated shipping I will refund some of the shipping cost.
