to be in good condition for used parts, and come with a 30 day non-labor parts
exchange warranty. Warranty for mechanical and electrical parts are only valid
if item is installed by a repair shop or facility.

- I AM not liable for delayed or late shipments due to
weather, or carrier issues. If there is a delay in shipment, buyer must contact
carrier to resolve any issues. I cannot cancel or refund orders due to carrier
or weather delays.
-Color cannot be determined by picture! Please ask or check

-All items are used and have normal wear and tear. Parts
are NOT to be assumed that they are in absolute perfect cosmetic condition
unless specifically stated.
-You (the customer) are responsible for knowing if the item
you are purchasing will indeed fit your car/work for your specific reason of
purchasing the item in the first place.
-Unless item description states otherwise, all parts are
from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup.
-Hardware such as bolts and nuts may not be included unless
specifically noted.
-If the part requires a PART
NUMBER MATCH for correct fitment it is you/the buyer
responsibility to check with your local mechanic's or dealer to make sure part
will work for your vehicle.
-If an electrical part needs
to be reprogrammed it is you/ the buyer responsibility to check with your local
mechanic's or dealer to make sure the part will Need to be
reprogrammed or Not.
Payment & Shipping
-Shipping prices may vary for PO BOXES, so please
contact before purchase if you want to have your item shipped to a PO BOX.
-Because shipment times are estimated by carriers, there
are in no ways responsible for Shipments which do not arrive on
time.
-Shipments may or may not require a signature as they are
delivered.
-Residents of California will pay sales tax on all
purchases. If you are unaware of the current sales tax, please contact for assistance.
-Please note that I Will only ship to the same billing
address that payment is made from.
Returns
-All returns must be made
within 30 days of item being received by customer unless otherwise stated.
-I cannot refund items
being returned which are damaged.
-Customers must contact seller before return in order to
receive an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization).
