Directed by musical specialist Bob Marshall, The Little Mermaid is a live-action version of Disney's Academy Award-winning classic animation, which will hit theaters on May 26, 2023. This is a popular story of the beautiful, brave and adventurous mermaid Ariel - the youngest and most rebellious daughter of Triton - the king of the seas and oceans. Her fascination with the human world brings her to the surface, where she meets the handsome Prince Eric and falls in love with him instantly. Despite all the prohibitions, Ariel follows her heart and makes a pact with the insidious sea witch Urszula. The mermaid will be able to live on land, but the price will be very high.

Multiple Oscar winner Alan Manken ("Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin") wrote the score for the film, with lyrics by Howard Ashman and Lin-Manuel Miranda. Sara James voiced Ariel in the Polish version of the film. The singer also performed songs that were included on the soundtrack to "The Little Mermaid".
