Use:

1. Be sure to use the right size collet. A collet that is badly worn, not round enough and has a tapered bore will not provide sufficient clamping force and will cause vibration or twist off the tool shank and fly off.
2. When the tool is clamped and the shank is found to have uneven contact marks or grooves, it means that there is slippage and deformation of the bore of the collet, then the collet should be replaced immediately to avoid accidents.
3. After the tool is clamped, if the tool is found to be jumping when working, it should be stopped immediately and the tool shank should be clamped several times so that the tool shank is in full contact with the collet before working.
4. The tool shank should be in good contact with the collet, and the tool shank must be fully inserted into the collet and tightened firmly so as to provide sufficient clamping force on the tool. Not only a small part can be inserted into the jacket, otherwise it is easy to cause the tool shank to break and cause damage to the tool.
5. Use suitable eye and ear protection during operation.
6. Body, clothing and other debris must not be close to the working tool.

Tool maintenance
1. Keep the tool clean, remove resin, wood chips and other dirt from the wood after use and use standard industrial solvents to clean the tool.
2. Apply a small amount of machine oil to prevent the surface of the tool from rusting, clean all stains on the handle of the tool to prevent slippage during use.
3. Do not resharpen or change the shape of the tool without permission, as every sharpening process requires professional sharpening equipment and professional sharpening skills, otherwise the edge may easily break and cause an accident.
