A sterling silver cutlery dessert or side knife in the "Old English Shell" design.

Made by now closed silversmiths MDQ.

Markings: All fully hallmarked marked for MDQ, a maker we’ve been unable to trace. Weight of 47 grams per piece. Note steel blade!

Size: Measures 8 1/4” (21 cm) long.

Condition: In excellent condition - used for high days and holidays only, so some very light surface marks. Freshly polished and hygienically clean. Please see images above.
