Invoices & VAT
We accept payments according to eBay's terms and conditions. Prices may change without warning. Displayed prices include VAT, the final VAT rate in checkout depend on the country of delivery. We are VAT registered in European Union's One Stop Shop, EU customers will receive an invoice with the VAT rate of the country of delivery and with the VAT shown separately. Please contact us if you are VAT registered business EU customer and you qualify for a VAT-free invoice.
Customers from the United Kingdom will receive an invoice without VAT. If the parcel value is lower than £135 then eBay will collect the 20% UK VAT and nothing else will be paid before or after the delivery. If the parcel value is higher than £135, eBay will not add VAT during checkout and the 20% UK VAT will be asked from the courier before the delivery. In this case the couriers will also ask for a fee associated with customs clearance; FedEx currently charges a flat fee of around £12.75 in certain deliveries.
Customers from Switzerland and Iceland do not pay for VAT and will be refunded the VAT difference.

If you change your mind
If you change your mind about the purchase you can return the product to our warehouse in Germany and get a refund or exchange it for up to 14 days from the date you received it, provided that it is still in its new, unused condition and with its original packing. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility as the buyer.
Please contact us before so we can give you an RMA number and the delivery address of the return. In order to be eligible for a refund the product must be brand new, unused and undamaged, so please take care of it by wrapping it and packaging it correctly before you to send it back to us.

The warranty extension is free of charge, with registration of the product to Studer"s website within 90 days of sale to the final owner.
