Please note, warranty does not cover for any physical damage like: normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes or for damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with unauthorized person.
Also control box to be installed in sun and rian or any other water source protected place, if water goes inside the box, may damage the internal circuits and warranty will not cover for that.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We use multiple courier services for providing reasonable price and efficient shipping. 98% of sold the items are shipped within 3 business days from our Sydney warehouse to your eBay address and to get the item delivered it may take up to 10 business days for urban area and 10-15 business days for rural areas. Shipping time varies for different reasons: urban and rural areas, distance and transit shipping methods and we don’t have any controls on shipping time-frame and shipping methods as it is internal matter of fair of the courier company. The estimated shipping delivery date showing by eBay is approximate and doesn’t reflect the actual delivery time frame all the time.
We only ship to your physical address, not to PO BOX or parcel locker. Please update your eBay address before making purchase. For incorrect address if the item lost or returned, you will be charged accordingly.
Returns
You may return the item if you
- change your mind within 30days of purchase
- received damaged product caused by shipping
- re claiming warranty
Please contact our customer service team via eBay message and follow the instruction. Please don’t send the item back before getting advice from us.
If you are returning the item in case of changing mind, you need to return the item with original sealed package so that it can return to the shelf again. Buyer needs to pay the return shipping and once we received the item, it will be assessed and refund will be issued. Please note, a 20% handling and shipping charge will be deducted from the refund though the product was sold as free shipping. This also applies to the order cancelled while in transit.
For other reason of returning like warranty claim, our team will assess the issue and cost of return will be provided if it is found as faulty item. If item found as described in our listing, buyer has to pay the return cost as well as further shipping cost to resend the item.
