- 40%/15% Sperre mit 4 Lamellen und assymetrischen 30° Schub/60° Zug Rampenwinkel (100€). 40% Sperre ist ein MUSS für den schnellen Straßenfahrer. Gutes Setup für feuchte Straßen. Leichte Zug Sperre ist gerade für etwas unerfahrene Fahrer gut fahrbar. Weiterer Vorteil ist ein weniger übersteuerndes Verhalten im Kurvenscheitelpunkt.

60%/60% Sperre mit 6 Lamellen und 30°/30° Rampenwinkel (200€). Gutes
Differential für Rallye und Drift days. Durch die 75% Zug Sperre lässt
sich das Heck ganz anders kontrollieren als mit geringerne Sperrgraden.
Es kann eine geringe Vorspannung eingestellt werden, dadurch wird es
auch bei nasser Fahrbahn oder im Kurvenscheitelpunkt besser fahrbar
trotz hohem Sperrgrad.

60%/25% Sperre mit 6 Lamellen und 30° Schub/60° Zug Rampenwinkel
(200€). Gutes Differential für den Motorsport Einsatz bzw. für den
schnellen Hobby Racer(Nordschleife) Durch die geringere Zug Sperre etwas
besser kontrollierbar auf feuchter Fahrbahn und bei Kurvenfahrten.
Für
den Einsatz im Motorsport empfehlen wir immer das 6 Lamellen Sperrpaket
. Durch die 6 Lamellen verteilt sich die Temperatur wesentlich besser
und die Gefahr das es zum Überhitzungen bzw. zum Zerbrechen der inneren
Zähne kommt ist auch wesentlich geringer, da die Zähneanzahl 1.5x so
hoch ist. (4 Lamellenpaket 54 Zähne gegen 81 Zähne beim 6 Lamellenpaket)
Bearbeitungszeit etwa 14 Tage je nach Umbau. Versandzeit etwa eine Woche.

Custom built LSD conversion for BMW E46 330d typ 215K differential using ZF "008" 25% lock. This unit can handle +1000NM torque! Available with 2.28, 2.47 and 2.81 ratio.
300€ discount if you send your diff upfront for conversion. Or 300€ refund if you choose to send back the old unit. Severely damaged/broken diffs means no core charge refund. Bad bearings is ok.
Good condition lsd hub, has around 90nm friction torque.
Rebuilt with new Timken roller bearings and Corteco seals.
Teeth mesh was checked with engineers blue ink. No weird noises!
I strip, clean, inspect, paint, set pinion position, pinion bearing lash, side bearing lash, tooth mesh, tooth play, sperr pre-load. Everything is checked! I don’t sell scrap and noisy diffs.

- 40%/15% locking - 4 friction shims and assimetrical 30º Accel/60º Decel ramp angles costs 100€. – For fastroad. This is very useful on wet road. 15% Decel makes it´s easier for less experienced drivers who have less throttle/steering control. Lets you brake later into the corners at the track without oversteer.
- 60%/60% locking - 6 friction shims and special 30º Accel/30º Decel ramps costs 200€. – Good for rally or drift with 60% lock on Decel, lets you balance the rear of the car easier. 6 shims gives better reliability. I can set with low pre-load so it makes corner insertion more easy and safe on wet/normal driving conditions.
- 60%/25% locking - 6 friction shims and assimetrical 30º Accel/60º Decel ramp angles cost 200€. – A must have for motorsport/fast track use(Nordschleife) 6 shims gives better reliability. This is very useful on wet road. Provides faster lap times on track, lets you brake harder and later into the corner without oversteer.
For Motorsport use 6 friction shims recommended. Shims can overheat and melt. Also the shim tooth can break. 6 shims help dissipate the excessive heat and have 1.5x the inner tooth number(81 vs 54) giving better reliability.
