Payment Terms
The preferred method of payment for posted items is PayPal. Cash is preferred for local pickup. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchasing. Please contact me should you experience any difficulty with these terms.
Shipping
Australia Post is used for all shipping. Your parcel will be dropped of within 1 business day of your payment being cleared. The estimated shipping time is based on the shipping option provided.
Alternate shipping options will be provided for some items.In this instance the shipping method will be your choice.
If you need your item in a hurry, then please email me for Express Postage options.
Combined Postage
Combined shipping is offered for items purchased within 3 days of one another. Please email me if you believe that you will be eligible for combined shipping and I will provide a new shipping quote.
Returns
Returns are accepted for items returned within 30 days in the same condition as the item was sent. A full refund will be provided if we have made an error with your order.
If you would like to return the item for a separate reason you can and a refund minus shipping costs will be provided. In this instance we would appreciate a reason for your return.
