In overall good condition, with rubbing and wear to boards. Some exterior splitting to leather between boards and spine. Loss to bottom and top of spine. Hinges remain in good condition with minor wear. Text block remains complete and bound well. Small tears to some pages. Light marginalia at front. Staining to some edges and corners of pages.
