Old Vintage Barn Cast Iron Stamped 30/31 Hay Trolley Drop Pulley Wooden Wheel. Very nice piece, the wooden wheel is in great shape comes as seen in pics any questions just ask.  The cast iron has 2 different numbers on side of metal. 30 and 31. See pictures.
