Please be sure that the Part Number and picture on your motherboard is EXACTLY as shown above. There are possibly several different boards for each model TV. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any incorrect purchases.



*For main board replacements check firmware upgrades online - We can not pre-install them*


1. Inspect ALL Ribbons and connectors. Any tears or bad connections between boards must be replaced FIRST

2. If you have any of these boards, it should be the first board to be replaced
            A) T-Con Board - Video Problems (No Video with standby light on, audio but no video, grainy, distorted, or color problems in screen).
            B) X or Y Buffer Board (Plasma TVs only) - Standby light is on but no power.
            C) Backlight Inverter / LED Driver - No Video with standby light on.

3. Main Video Board
            - Standby light is on but no power
            - Either video or audio does not work (if no T-Con in TV. If audio but no video it is T-Con)

4. Power Board - No power AND standby light does NOT turn on. If standby light is on try other boards above

5. Panel - No power, distorted picture, lines, slow motion, half screen, faded in / out. Panel problems are usually not worth replacing the panel.



 PAYMENTS

- PayPal is the ONLY payment method accepted.

- If you pay additional for expedited, heavy shipments, international shipments and stands - this is nonrefundable. International shipments may incur additional costs for taxes and duties upon delivery. We are not responsible for this.

- Payment is due immediately if Buy It Now option is chosen. Accepted best offers are required to pay within 3 days before an unpaid item dispute is opened. Once opened, please respond to us through the resolution center as quickly as possible. -Sales Tax: 8.00% charged to OH shipments. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

- If you pay additional for expedited, heavy shipments, international shipments and stands - this is nonrefundable

- After payment is received & cleared with PayPal, we will ship out your item within 1 business day (Mon - Sat). A small amount of orders will require 48 hours depending on volume of incoming orders. Any orders that come in after midnight will ship the next business day.  

- Our shipping system is automated. We will ship to the address confirmed on PayPal. Address change will require refund and repayment as per eBay policy.

- UPS orders cannot be shipped to PO Box. We are not responsible for costs incurred if you give us a PO box and we ship via UPS. Please put both a physical address and a PO box on all shipping addresses.


 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Cost of shipping is nonrefundable after it ships whether it is delivered or not. We have no control of customs. There may be import taxes / customs fees and delays which can not be responsible for and can not pay up front for you. Consult your customs office before purchasing. **Shipping cost is an ESTIMATE. If it costs more we will contact you for additional cost of shipping (usually for boards heavier than 3 lbs).

Time for delivery:

USPS First Class Intl / 4-8 weeks (could be longer if flagged by customs)

USPS Priority Main Intl / 2-4 weeks (could be longer if flagged by customs)

UPS Expedited / 1 week (could be longer if flagged by customs - UPS has it's own customs department and should not be held for very long)

For international order returns - We do not cover shipping to or from you regardless of reason for return


 RETURNS

All items are covered under 30 day warranty. If you pay additional for expedited, heavy shipments and stands this is nonrefundable. TV repairs are often misdiagnosed or incompatible purchases are made so if your item does not fix the problem or the problem changes please contact us  before filing disputes or leaving feedback. Sometimes multiple parts in a TV stop working at once so we may recommend to purchase another board before returning it. 

We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred or for refunds / exchanges including regular return shipping costs, international shipping costs, freight forwarding costs, or customs duty or tax. If the item was purchased by mistake or defective we will not cover return shipping but we will give you a full refund without restocking fees.

Disclaimer: If the item is shipped outside of the contiguous U.S. we are not responsible for shipping costs back into the contiguous U.S. - We can NOT send return labels or reimburse any costs of shipping. All products have a warranty seal and must be returned with it or we will deny the return.

ANTI-SCAM POLICY: All of our products have special stickers on them. If a buyer sends it back without this sticker or is unwilling to provide adequate proof of compatibility when stating the item is defective then we will take that as a deliberate attempt to deceive and manipulate the system. Buyers account will be reported for fraud.
