• We will answer all emails / messages within 24 hours and welcome you to ask us anything you want before, during or after your order is placed.

• We are closed on public holidays and during Christmas - New Year holiday period, with all goods purchased during this time dispatched on the first working day back following order receipt. • Orders with standard shipping will be sent via Standard post without tracking, tracking is charged extra or is added free of charge to orders above 80 euro / USD / GBP.
