Items are not eligible for refund if:

- the item is not returned in its original packaging
- the seal on the item wrapping has been broken
- the item is a perishable good
- the item has been returned damaged
Due to hygiene reasons some items will not be eligible for refund.

Unless otherwise stated we aim to offer free shipping with Royal Mail which takes 3-5 working days.
