We do accept payments thru PayPal only. All payments should be made within 3 days from purchase or end of the auction. If you are for any reason unable to pay for purchased item, please let us know.

All of our items are posted with Standard International Airmail services. If you are on hurry we can ship express for extra charge. All our shipments are fully insured and with tracking number. Most of our items are delivered between 7-20 working days. Brazil and some other South American countries can take up to 30 working days to arrive ( South American customs are very slow).
In the event of not receiving your package (please allow 15 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world after dispatch before contacting us. If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you.

Consolidated shipping

If you like to buy multiple items, we can consolidate shipping charges for you. In this case make purchase and wait for invoice with consolidated shipping before making payment! Please note that if you make payment for multiple items and ask for consolidated shipping, it is to late! All consolidated shipping must be done before payment. All our shipping charges are based on combination of weight and size of the package.

You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund excluding original and return postage costs. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. If the return is a result of an error by Future Cycling Outlet and you have received an incorrect or defective item then we will refund return postage costs. Please contact us before returning any items to work out details or returning postage, in some cases we are not able to sand prepay postage label, if this would be the case, we will sand money thru Pay Pal to cower returning postage cost .
