The House of Golf offers free standard delivery Australia wide (we do not ship internationally). Delivery times are based on Australia Posts standard 'Parcel Post'

- Country - up to 7 business days
Sending to another state
- Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
- Country - Please ask at your local Post Office
Bulk Item Delivery
- Larger items such as Golf Bags, Buggies and Clubs may need to be delivered via courier. Shipping times may be extended for such items
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped.
Delivery time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number outlining how to track your order
Returns
We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn’t right for you, we will accept an exchange or issue you a quick refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
All returns must be authorised by one of our Team Members prior to being returned. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Returns outside of the 30 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of The House of Golf and will only be refunded as a store credit.

- In the original packaging which must be in original condition
- Item(s) are not a custom made product
- Accompanied with tax invoice, or delivery docket
How To Process a Return/Exchange
- Contact our team to start the return process
- Quote the order number and the items you wish to return
- Pack the return item(s) with tax invoice or delivery docket, with garment tags still attached and/or the products original packaging
- Drop off your package with the carrier of your choice to ship back to us
- Address the package to: The House of Golf Online (14 Rocklea Drive, Port Meloburne, Victoria, 3207)
- If you have provided your contact details as apart of our product warranty process, an original tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at our discretion
