Signed C J Gayton in 1950  I've see his works at Auctions before, achieving high results in Water colour Paintings of Land and Seascapes. 

This is example is a little more of the moment, painted in situ by the looks of the detailed work, however, it is very well painted and captrues the scene well with a great use of water colours and subjects.

Both framed and measure 13 x 10 inches
