The Flat Roof Water Drainer is a simply but very effective way that we’ve created to clear a flat roof, which has pooled water and can drain a flat roof over a day or so depending on quantity of water helping to prevent leaks. It runs constantly and needs no care once properly installed and positioned; it simply does its job day after day.

How The Flat Roof Drainer works.

1: It soaks up water.

2: It helps with evaporation of water.

3: The inner section of the material acts as a pipe allowing for capillary and osmosis diffusion and active transport of the water off the roof to ground level.

The material is made of sustainable material and hand made.

Instillation

The material must be fitted on a clean dry flat surface, use an external fixing adhesive to adhere to roof such as (No Nail) a few dabs along the long sections, this is to keep the drainer stay in position on the roof, only use a water proof adhesive. The area where the glue, material and roof meet must be DRY and CLEAN to allow for secure fixing.

If the material can be cut and laid out and stuck down to form a T, which allows for the top of the T to be fitted where the major pool of water remains normally on the roof and will allow for faster water drainage, this can be seen on the eBay listing.

The end of the material should be left hanging over the edge of the roof about 20cm 8 inches, has can be seen on the eBay listing to allow the water to drain/drip away, secure in position with adhesive. NB: It is a good idea to avoid doors or walkways as the water will disperse wherever it is secured.

If you have a water butt the water can also be reused by using guttering that is directed towards your water butt.
