Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Candlesticks - 1897 by James Dixon & Sons
An impressive pair of antique Victorian sterling silver candlesticks hallmarked in Sheffield for 1897 by James Dixon & Sons. These candlesticks have been made in the Georgian style with gadroon decoration and swirl fluting on top of the stepped loaded bases. The swirl fluting is repeated on the shoulders and detachable nozzles which completes the overall design of these lovely candlesticks. They would look important on the dining table and would be ideal to use. The gauge of silver is superior to most candlesticks and they remain in pristine condition.
