TRADITIONAL MANUFACTURING METHODS: 
At the Andongjebiwon, we produce Korean fermented soybean paste and soy sauce using a traditional method that has been preserved for 100 years.

FOOD GRAND MASTER OF KOREA:
The representative of this manufacturing company was designated as a Food Grand Master (No. 51) by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of South Korea in 2013.

PREMIUM INGREDIENTS: 
Soybean (100% soybean of Andong, South Korea) 85%,  sea salt 15%

SUFFICIENT FERMENTATION PERIOD: 
This soy sauce has been aged for over 18 months

CERTIFICATION: HACCP, ISO22000, ISO9001
