We aim to provide Five Star Customer Service to all of our customers. If there is any problem with your order, immediately message our Sales Engineer directly. He or she will take care of you, no matter what. Our bedrock policy is: We will do whatever it takes to fix any problem and make you happy. 

SHIPPING 

We usually process orders within 3 days of receiving payment, barring any verification delays. 

However, due to the effect of the current virus pandemic on shipping companies’ ability to transport, shipping and delivery times may in some cases be extended by several days. The tracking numbers provide to customers detailed shipping progress online. 

Please be assured that we consider each and every guitar that we ship to be precious cargo, so in addition to fully insuring each instrument, we are most careful to safely pack each guitar. 

PACKING 

We use the carton which is designed for the International transport to package the products you ordered. And we can guarantee the items will not be damaged in the way of transportation.
