Vintage J.C Penny Lace Ruffle Dress in Sky Blue and White. Ribbon Belt. Zipper and elastic hoop loop/ button closure. High ruffle neck. Beautiful condition for age. I can see two small pinpoint marks on the skirt (see pictures) The ribbon ties will need to be pressed (I'll leave this to the buyer). The size is 11/12, but please refer to measurements since this is a vintage piece.
