All products sold are in our US warehouse at the time of sale. Your items are therefore inspected and packed by us in US. This will enable you to receive your goods that much quicker.

All products will be sent out within 48 hours after the payment in the working day (Monday-Friday). If your order is made on Friday, it will ship on Monday, holidays excluded.
Usually you will get it within 2-8 Business days if no delay caused by the post.

As shipping is affected by many unsteady factors: weather, COVID-19 ,etc, some shipments do get delayed sometimes. If you have not received your shipment within 15 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. In rare cases our courier is unable to ship to your postcode (this can occur for large products in remote areas). If your location is in this area and it is not possible to deliver it, we will notify promptly after sale and try and sort out a solution or refund your money.

Return Policy

If there are any issues with your purchase, we will replace/send parts or offer compensation for faults with the item or get it returned if necessary. All returned items must be in the original New condition with the entire original package.
