UK DELIVERY & CUSTOMS We source and list much of our stock in Normandy and throughout France. With new Brexit regulations in place, we bear customs fees and taxes at the point of importation to the UK so that there are no additional charges to our UK customers beyond the purchase price and delivery charge. We are no longer dispatching smaller items by parcel courier directly from France to the UK to make absolute sure of this. Instead, we will use UK domestic parcel services once the item arrives at our Wiltshire address. Larger and more fragile items will continue to be delivered by private courier.
