Card works well and was taken out of working rig (single owner) One of the three fans has a noticeable "clicking" (best I can describe it) but it doesn't seem to affect the function. Comes with original box. May be missing some of the original accessories, it's just the graphics card. Used it for years and finally upgraded. CARD IS QUITE LONG! Approximately 11.5 inches long inside computer and 4.5 inches wide. About 2 inches tall. Some dust on unit.
