BRAND NEW German clock movement and hands (second, minute and hour)

Works perfectly

Does have lighter wear with some patina and light spots (see scans). There are several scratches 5:25

I have not attempted to clean it with anything other than water.

I will disassemble the second, minute and hour hands for safe transport. The easily snap back into place.
