Made after the 2nd World War as you can tell by the marking on the bottom as "Made in" was added to Japan after 1941. Also, since there is no other mark we can safely say this was made directly after the war. 

Great condition for its age. It depicts Geisha with Pagota's, flowers, mountains.  Lovely addition to your collection. 

No chips or cracks There are some defects from the maker but nothing that takes away from the design.
