Small multiple watermark.
Three stamps - 3R6, 4R53 and 4R60 - have a similar flaw, a missing section of shade line over the final E of PENCE (see the listing under 4R60 in the BSAP Guide). This is one of them and as far as I know it is not possible to tell them apart.
