Some items found with age will be left to the new owner to clean. (Some folks like that patina or aged look)

I’m just a simple county gal living a modest life. I started this business to help make ends meet by offering great merchandise at low cost and having FUN doing it!! It’s been a year and I must say, I’ve had a blast selling here on eBay. My little business (Frugality) has done quite well thanks to great folks like you! Thank you! 
The merchandise we sell is thoroughly and carefully cleaned or laundered (or dry cleaned). The apparel/item is then photographed and inventoried, placed in an airtight zip close bag, and then put in a box until it is ready to ship to you! All our merchandise is stored in a clean smoke-free environment. We do not smoke, nor do we allow smoking in our facility so be assured your items will be fresh and clean! As for pets, well, we love dogs and have three, and a cat that thinks he’s a dog, so we do our best to make sure none of their hairs get on your clothes, but we can't promise. We just love our animals and they come to work with us every day. Not sorry. :) Our pets are clean too! :)

We do our very best to check and double check each item for any flaws. Flaws are notated in the item description or photos or both. We are only human, and we are going to make mistakes. Please, if you see an error or mistake or flaw that we have missed, please bring it to our attention at once!

Condition Policy:  We take extreme care to honestly state the condition of each item we sell. We follow eBay’s condition rating system, so please read their description of the condition provided and if you are ever in question about the condition, our photos are always of the item you will be receiving. As a family run business, we handle every individual item ourselves, mistakes can and do happen, so please contact us first and we can resolve any issues you may have.

Shipping: If the total weight of package is less than 1 lb., we will ship USPS first class. If the package is over 1 lb., it will ship flat rate or actual rate.

Refund Policy: All returned items must be in the same condition as when received with tags attached (if pertaining).  If requesting a refund due to product damage from shipping, please provide photos of the damage when requesting the refund.  Please contact me with any issue and allow me the opportunity to resolve it before leaving negative feedback.  I will make every effort to make sure you are a happy and returning customer!
