You can enjoy a cloud-like sleep since the first day, and your head, neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, and the whole of your body get well relaxed to the maximum degree. Before first use, leave the mattress topper flat in a well-ventilated area for 48-72 hours until it has fully expanded (do not expose it to the sun).
If it has not yet finished expanding, use a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to make it expand; during this time you can dab the foam with your hands (without getting too hot or applying too much pressure).
The inner foam is not washable, but the cover can be removed for cleaning.
When not in use, it can be rolled up and stored away from sun.
