Shipping

1) Item will be shipped within 1-2 working days (business days) after full payment is received

2) To USA,CA,AU,UK,Europe,will be shipped by via air mail service,need around 10-25 days.and other countries need around 15-35 days.In case you haven't recieved the packet, please check with your local post office first, because somtimes the packet will arrive there. Duo to different country, some local post office can't offer more detailed tracking status in time, it perhaps only show the shipment infor just left china.

3) If you want to get it fast(4-7 days),Please choose Expedited shipping,It must add 20-40usd  shipping fee (according to your country).

4) Please note, it maybe bring the customs tax, please understand these fees were not included in your payment, these fees will be collected by the delivery company, when sign for the packet. Please inquire your country customs office about the tax before perchasing.

5）Shipping for a long time how to do?

We cannot guarantee that every time a parcel to arrive is stable. If you do not receive your item more than 40 working days, please contact us to get a refund, via Ebay message.

Return Policy

Dear friend, the warranty is 60 days, in case the mobo exist problem, and you want to refund or replace, plase read this before purchased.

Refund: Refund can be accepted in 60 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package with all the accessories in it. When you shipped back, please give us tracking number. Generally speaking,refund or replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

Replace: Replace can be accepted in 60 days after you signed the package. Please send back the item in original package, needn't return any accessories. When you shipped back, please give us the tracking number. We'll resend another mobo to you, as soon as we got the returned package.

Both shipping cost: The cost of item shipping back is buyer's responsibility, the resend shipping cost is seller's.

Wrong order: Dear friend, I think you have thought over before bought the item. But in case you got a wrong mobo, please first check out your order form, whether we sent a wrong mobo or your ordered a wrong mobo. Please note if you order wrong, we don't accept the refund or replace.
