Your Tracking Number will be uploaded to ebay when we process your order, so you can check where your order is and when it’s going to be delivered. With our Couriers UKmail and Parcel Force you can call and re-arrange delivery if the date is unsuitable. With Royal Mail If no-one is home , they may take it to the local depot for collection and leave a card.
Tip! – Please do not arrange for a part to be fitted by a garage until you have received & checked it.

We offer FREE delivery on all our products. Every order is TRACKED to ensure you get what you order. Please allow 1-3 working days for our free delivery service.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
On some of our larger Grille parts shipped with couriers this service is free also, but for most of our parts if you need the part urgently we offer NEXT DAY delivery for a small extra charge. Your order must be placed before 12pm. Next Day delivery is Monday to Friday only and does not include weekends.
Next Day Delivery is subject to Post code restrictions. Unfortunately, we can't offer this serivce to you if you're located in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man , Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

For next day delivery it’s best to give us a call and confirm that it is possible and avoid disappointment.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
