New Genuine GM TBSS/NNBS Intake Manifold with Fuel Rails, Throttle Body and 50lb/hr Injectors
We are an authorized General Motors and AC Delco Associate Distributor Program (ADP) parts supplier and have been putting together TBSS intake packages for close to a decade now. Not only do we handle the intake packages, but also many of the components needed to swap or adapt these to the earlier style LS engines. Don't be fooled by other vendors who have attempted to piggyback on our success - we have supported this market for years, sold thousands of these intakes online, and have even developed and manufactured parts to assist in the ease of installation for these intake swaps.
The Trailblazer SS (TBSS) intake is one of the
highest flowing factory intakes available for the LSX engine platform.
Originally equipped on the 6.0L LS2 Trailblazer SS, this intake is known for
its ability to support huge top end power, while maintaining low and midrange
torque. A common upgrade for 99-07 Silverado, this intake has significant gains
on the 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0 engine displacements. This intake is compatible with
the OEM cathedral port cylinder heads found on GEN III truck engines, such as
the LQ4, LQ9, LM7, and others. Suitable for any cathedral port LSX based
project or restomod, and the best bang-for-buck intake manifold upgrade out
there.
This intake uses the 4-bolt pattern 90mm throttle body opening and is cathedral port. The OEM GM TBSS fuel rails are returnless, but can be adapted to return style fuel systems using a C5 fuel filter/regulator (see our store). The Delphi 12613412 fuel injectors use EV6 style plugs, but Multec II to EV6 adapters can be used when adapting this intake to 99-07c non-Flex Fuel GM Trucks.
Note: We do not recommend using the 87mm throttle body with the TRP x-link adapter as compatibility has been intermittent. If you plan to use the TRP x-link adapter we recommend using the 90mm LS3 throttle body, which we offer paired with these intakes as well (see our store).
